• Service Level Guarantee - TulsaConnect guarantees that your DSL service will be operational and delivering the contracted bandwidth 99% of the time.
• Static IP Addresses - We will provide up to 5 Static IP addresses for your workstations (when possible, we recommend using NAT).
• Router/Modem Configuration - Our technicians will assist in configuring supported routers or modems for DSL service via telephone (or you may bring the equipment to our offices and we will pre-configure it free of charge

Premium E-mail Hosting - We will provide up to 10 E-mail addresses at @yourdomain.com. This premium service also features anti-virus and anti-spam scanning for your E-mails, and SSL-secured WebMail access.

Point-to-Point connections are a proven, mature technology that provides businesses with high-bandwidth connections to the Internet backbone.  We provide a variety of point-to-point services based on the amount of bandwidth required. All Dedicated circuits include:

• Service Level Guarantee - TulsaConnect guarantees that your PTP service will be operational and delivering the contracted bandwidth 99.9% of the time.
• Static IP Addresses - We will provide as many Static IP addresses as you can justify use for (when possible, we recommend using NAT) up to a full Class C.
• Router Configuration - Our technicians will pre-configure supported routers for PTP service. This may be done via telephone or on-site at TulsaConnect. This includes assisting you configure the built-in firewall/NAT functions on supported routers.
• Premium Web Hosting - We will host your company website under our Premium Hosting plan at no additional charge.
• Premium E-mail Hosting - We will provide up to 20 E-mail addresses at @yourdomain.com. This premium service also features anti-virus and anti-spam scanning for your E-mails, and SSL-secured WebMail access.
• Circuit Monitoring - TulsaConnect will, at your request, monitor the health of your PTP circuit via our monitoring software. In the event of an outage, we will notify your staff per your instructions. Notification options include E-mail, Pager, or phone call.
