TulsaConnect is Northeastern Oklahoma's oldest and most experienced Data Center, Co-location, and Dedicated Server provider. We operate two secure, fully redundant Co-location facilities located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Our first Data Center (DC1), located at 321 South Boston in the Kennedy Building, is a Class A facility with the following features:
Physical / Environmental:
- 3,000 square feet of built-out space, with expansion space available
- Climate control provided by Liebert and Carrier CRAC units
- Pre-action (dry pipe) dual interlock fire suppression system with multi-zone photoelectric and ion smoke detection sensors
- Underground AEP power feed on reliable downtown power bus
- Conditioned primary power provided by facility-wide PowerWare 9315 UPS system
- Dedicated, on-site diesel generator with automatic transfer switch for extended power outages
- Generator tap into alley for portable generator hook-up in case of primary generator failure
- Environmental monitoring, including temperature, humidity, moisture, sound, door, and motion sensors
- Biometric access control system at all facility entrances
- Chatsworth overhead ladder racking for efficient cable routing

Our second facility (DC2), located at 110 West 7th Street, has the following features:
Physical / Environmental:
- 3,000 square feet of built-out space, with expansion space available
- Located in a Class A building that has been designed as a "telecom hotel", the
building features heavy floor loading capacities, a large area designed as a
"generator farm", 3 separate electrical feeds from the AEP Carson substation,
pre-action fire suppression systems in critical building areas, on-site 24x7x365
security personnel, and a large "meet me room" where 6 different fiber carriers
interconnect
- Biometric access control system at all facility entrances
- Large PowerWare 9315 UPS system designed for N+1 redundancy
- Three levels of emergency power -- a primary on-site 250KW generator dedicated
to the Data Center, a secondary on-site generator feed from a 850KW generator,
and third-level redundancy from portable generator tap to the loading dock area
- Climate control provided by APC CRAC units
- Pre-action (dry pipe) dual interlock fire suppression system with multi-zone photoelectric and ion smoke detection sensors
- We own a 250KW portable generator for use as a backup to our
primary on-site units. This means that if we ever have a problem with the
on-site generators at either location we have a "backup to the backup". By
owning the generator, we do not have to rely on "first come first serve" rental
units that may not be available should a large area lose utility power
Network:
- Redundant Internet backbone connections from Level(3), UUNET, Global Crossing, and AT&T
- Juniper Powered Network with hot spares for all critical network components
- Point-to-point Gigabit link to DC1 for additional network redundancy
- AT&T, MCI, Cox, MBO Fiber, McLeodUSA, and Level(3) fiber access

Compare us with the competition - we are confident that we offer the best solution. Items to consider:
- We are a financially stable, locally owned company that is focused on Hosting and Business Broadband solutions. Our staff is highly qualified, experienced, and ready to work with you to meet your business goals.
- By maintaining two Data Center facilities, TulsaConnect can offer a true disaster recovery solution for your hosted servers and associated equipment.
- Our diesel generators are permanent, on-site units backed by an automatic transfer switch that will switch to generator power within 7 seconds of a power outage. In the event that either of our on-site units fail, we own a portable unit that can be hooked up at either location to provide a "backup to the backup"
- We own our IP address space. This means that if we ever change Internet backbone providers, you won't have to re-number your servers with new IP addresses. Many of our competitors can't make the same promise.
- In addition to our server hosting offerings, we now offer a Disaster Recovery Workspace service which can provide your employees a location to continue work should a disaster strike your primary location.
